Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Car Designer - Dream Auto mobile application ("App") operated by dowhiletrue s.r.o. ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Service Description

AI Car Designer is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos of cars into visualizations of custom-modified designs. The App provides:

• AI-powered car design transformation
• Multiple tuning styles (JDM, drift, muscle, widebody, stance, custom)
• Community features for sharing and discovering designs
• User profiles and social interactions

Important: All generated images are artistic visualizations created by AI. They do not represent real vehicle modifications and should not be used as actual modification plans.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Types

• Anonymous Use: You can use basic features without creating an account
• Registered Account: Required for community features, saving designs across devices, and full functionality

2.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may only have one account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Upload photos that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload photos containing identifiable persons without their consent
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Spam, advertise, or engage in commercial solicitation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to the App
• By uploading photos, you grant us a license to process them through our AI service
• By sharing designs publicly, you grant other users the right to view and interact with them

4.2 AI-Generated Designs

• AI-generated designs are provided for personal, non-commercial use
• You may save and share your generated designs
• Commercial use of generated designs requires separate licensing

4.3 App Content

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding user content), is owned by dowhiletrue s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

• New users receive 2 free credits
• Daily rewards provide additional free credits
• Free credits have no expiration but are non-transferable

5.2 Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions provide unlimited generations
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5.4 Credits

• Purchased credits are non-refundable
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Unused credits remain available as long as your account is active

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Only share content that complies with these Terms
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Not manipulate engagement metrics (likes, follows) artificially

7. Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may use automated systems to detect violations
• Users can report inappropriate content
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

8. Disclaimers

8.1 AI Limitations

• AI-generated designs are artistic interpretations, not engineering specifications
• Results may vary based on input photo quality and angle
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

8.2 Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any vehicle modifications you make based on AI-generated designs

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dowhiletrue s.r.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Termination does not entitle you to any refund

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
